Nexus Cloud · Websites & portals
Sites that explain
and actually convert.
Clear, fast, credible websites, and the logged-in portals behind them where customers and partners get things done themselves. Built, hosted, secured and kept running by us, under your own brand.
Part of Nexus Cloud
Websites and portals are the front end of Nexus Cloud, the managed platform we build and run. Hosting, security patching, backups, monitoring and support are part of it, which is why the site does not quietly decay in the year after launch.
How ownership works
You own the site. We own the platform.
Your website and the logged-in portals behind it run on Nexus Cloud, the platform we build, host and maintain. You are not buying a copy of it, and that is deliberate.
Think about how a website builder already works. You pay every month, the site lives on the builder’s platform, the editor and the templates are theirs, your pages exist in their format and nowhere else, and the day you stop paying the site goes dark. You do not own that software. What the fee buys is somebody else keeping the site on the internet.
We answer the ownership question the same way, and the branding question the opposite way. The platform stays ours. The site running on it is entirely yours: your name, your own domain, your content, your visitors and every enquiry they send, exportable whenever you ask.
What stays ours
The platform, the servers, security patching, version upgrades, backups, monitoring, and being the ones who notice when the site slows down or a certificate is about to lapse.
What is always yours
Your brand and your domain, your pages and photography, your visitors, your enquiries and the data behind every portal login.
Why it costs less
A website decays quietly. Components age, certificates lapse, speed drifts, and a neglected site turns into a security problem. You carry the cost of using a platform that is patched for everyone on it, not the cost of remembering to patch your own.
Configured, not cloned
Shared foundations do not mean a shared template. Layout, navigation, content structure, forms, languages, portal permissions and what each kind of visitor is allowed to see are set up around what your business needs to explain and collect. Two sites on the same configuration can look nothing alike. What they have in common is the engineering underneath, which is the part you would otherwise be paying a full-time salary to keep current.
The honest limit
We do not hand over a copy of the platform for you to host yourself. If owning the source outright is a firm requirement, tell us at the start and we will say plainly that we are the wrong fit. Everything you put in, though, comes back out on request: all your data, in open formats, within 30 days, at no charge.

Discuss thisTypical setups
A website is not a brochure.
It is usually the first and busiest interface to your business. It should qualify buyers, answer objections and hand your team a warm enquiry.
Included as standard
- Multilingual and Arabic RTL
- Performance and Core Web Vitals
- Technical SEO and structured data
- Accessible, keyboard-friendly markup
- Editable content without a developer
- Analytics and conversion tracking
This is the baseline on every site we run, not a list of extras. What varies is the scale and complexity of the site, which is why we scope before we price.
What changes
Better enquiries, not just more.
Qualified enquiries
The page does the filtering, so your team spends time on real opportunities.
Fast on a phone
Most of your visitors are on mobile data. The site is built for that first.
Found by the right people
Structured, indexable and written for the terms buyers actually search.
Managed, not handed over
What happens to a website in the year after launch.
Most websites are at their best on the day they go live, and decline from there. Not because they were built badly, but because nobody was paid to keep them.
| A traditional web agency | ProcureNexus | |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | Files and a handover meeting | A running site we keep current |
| Security patching | Quoted separately, or forgotten | Included and continuous |
| Speed six months later | Slowly degrading | Monitored and tuned |
| Whose brand it carries | Often theirs, in the footer | Yours, everywhere, always |
| Your content and data | Theirs to export, eventually | Yours. Full export in 30 days, free |
The build is the cheap part. Keeping a site secure and current for years is the part most businesses underestimate, which is exactly why we sell that rather than the build.
Common questions
Questions we are asked most.
How much does a website cost in Abu Dhabi or Lebanon?
A focused corporate website generally starts in the mid four figures AED, depending on the number of pages, languages and whether a portal or booking flow is included. We quote a written range after a short brief.
Do you provide web hosting and ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Every site can be delivered as a managed service, which includes hosting, SSL, updates, daily backups, security patching, uptime monitoring and performance tuning, with a named contact for changes.
How long does it take to build a website?
A straightforward corporate site is typically two to four weeks from approved content. Portals and multilingual sites take longer. We work in stages you can see rather than one big reveal.
