Services · all on Nexus Cloud
Six services.
You need the ones that fit.
We build and run the systems a growing business depends on. You do not need all six. Three of them describe what your business does, and the other three are the machinery behind whichever one fits you.
What we run for you
Pick a starting point.
Commerce, booking and Property Cloud are alternatives, not companions. A shop has no use for a listing platform, and an agency has no use for a checkout. The other three are the layers that sit behind whichever one you pick: the stock and finance backbone, the connections between your systems, and the website or portal people actually arrive on.
Commerce & procurement
Online stores, B2B ordering portals, quotation and RFQ workflows, payments and customer accounts.
ERP & business systems
Inventory, purchasing, approval workflows, CRM and finance integration, dashboards and reporting.
Booking & scheduling
Appointments, reservations, resource calendars, deposits, payments and automated reminders.
Automation & integrations
System-to-system integrations, document generation, alerts and scheduled data sync.
Websites & portals
Corporate sites, landing pages, customer and partner portals, multilingual and Arabic RTL.
Property Cloud
Our real estate website and listing platform, from solo agents to multi-office networks.
Standard on every setup
Being found is not a service we sell.
Structured data, server-rendered HTML, deliberate crawler access, and question-shaped content ship with every site we build, whichever service above brought you here. Search engines and AI assistants read the same signals, so building properly for one builds for the other.
If someone is charging you a monthly fee for AI visibility, they are charging you for work that should already have been in the build.
How it works
Build it, then keep it running.
Everything here is delivered as a managed service, on a platform we call Nexus Cloud. We build the system, then hosting, security, updates, backups, monitoring and support stay with us. You get a system that works, not a maintenance job you were not expecting.
It carries your brand and not ours. Your customers never see our name.
Your data stays yours. If you ever decide to leave, you get all of it within 30 days, in open formats, at no charge.
What managed covers
- Hosting, SSL and domains
- Updates and security patching
- Daily backups and recovery
- Uptime monitoring and response
- Performance tuning
- A named contact for changes

Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will tell you what it actually needs, even if that is less than you expected.
How ownership works
You own the business. We own the platform.
Every service on this page runs on Nexus Cloud, the platform we build, host and maintain. You are not buying a copy of it, and that is deliberate.
Think about any business software you already pay for. The licence or the subscription does not make it yours. Your staff learn somebody else’s screens, your records sit in somebody else’s system, the vendor’s name is on all of it, and the arrangement ends when you stop paying. What the fee buys is somebody competent keeping it running.
We answer the ownership question the same way, and the branding question the opposite way. The platform stays ours. The business running on it is entirely yours: your name on it, your own domain, your own merchant account, your customers and your records, exportable whenever you ask.
What stays ours
The platform, the servers, security patching, version upgrades, backups, monitoring, and being the ones who get the alert when something fails at 2am.
What is always yours
Your brand and your domain, your content, your customers, your records, your payment account and the money that settles into it.
Why it costs less
One set of foundations is maintained once and kept current for everyone on it. You carry the cost of using it rather than the cost of owning it, and that is the whole reason this comes in below a commissioned build.
Configured, not cloned
Shared foundations do not mean a shared template. Fields, workflows, pricing rules, approvals, tax treatment, languages and the whole look of it are set up around how you actually work. Two companies on the same configuration can run very differently. What they have in common is the engineering underneath, which is the part you would otherwise be paying a full-time salary to keep current.
The honest limit
We do not hand over a copy of the platform for you to host yourself. If owning the source outright is a firm requirement, tell us at the start and we will say plainly that we are the wrong fit. Everything you put in, though, comes back out on request: all your data, in open formats, within 30 days, at no charge.
