Nexus Cloud · Managed web hosting
Managed web hosting
you never have to think about.
Fast, secure, monitored hosting for the websites and systems we build, and for sites built elsewhere. Updates, backups, SSL and security patching are ours to run, not yours to remember. Built, hosted, secured and kept running by us, under your own brand.
Part of Nexus Cloud
Managed hosting is already included in every Nexus Cloud configuration. This page is for businesses that have a system built already and want it looked after properly, rather than left to drift.
How ownership works
You own the site. We own the machine.
Managed hosting is the operating layer underneath every Nexus Cloud configuration, and it is also sold on its own for systems that were built elsewhere.
Think about ordinary web hosting. You rent space on a server you will never see, you get a control panel and a monthly invoice, and everything above the server stays your problem: the updates, the backups nobody has tested, the certificate that expires on a Friday, the compromise you find out about from a customer. You do not own that infrastructure either. The difference is what the fee actually covers.
We answer the ownership question the same way, and the responsibility question the opposite way. The machine and the maintenance stay ours. The site running on it is entirely yours: your name, your own domain, your content, your database and your files, exportable whenever you ask.
What stays ours
The servers, the operating system, the web and database layers, security patching, tested backups, uptime monitoring, and being the ones who get the alert at 2am.
What is always yours
Your brand and your domain, your files and your database, your content, your visitors and your enquiries.
Why it costs less
A server that is genuinely patched, monitored and backed up needs somebody on call. You carry the cost of sharing that person across every site we run, not the cost of hiring one.
Configured, not cloned
Shared infrastructure does not mean a shared setup. Resources, caching, backup frequency and retention, staging, access rules, firewall policy and monitoring thresholds are set to match what your site actually does. Two sites on the same infrastructure can be tuned very differently. What they have in common is the engineering underneath, which is the part you would otherwise be paying a full-time salary to keep current.
The honest limit
We do not hand over a copy of the platform for you to host yourself. If owning the source outright is a firm requirement, tell us at the start and we will say plainly that we are the wrong fit. Everything you put in, though, comes back out on request: all your data, in open formats, within 30 days, at no charge.
What is included
Everything that keeps a site alive.
Hosting & SSL
Fast hosting with SSL certificates issued and renewed automatically. No expiry surprises.
Updates & patching
Core, plugin and security updates applied and tested, so vulnerabilities are closed quickly.
Backups & recovery
Daily off-site backups with a tested restore path, not just a backup you hope works.
Monitoring & support
Uptime monitoring with a named contact who responds, not an anonymous ticket queue.
Why managed
Cheap hosting is the most expensive kind.
Most small businesses discover their hosting only when something breaks. The site is down. The SSL expired. A plugin update took the checkout offline. Or a year of updates were never applied and the site got compromised.
Managed hosting removes that entire category of problem. It is the same money you were spending, with someone accountable for the outcome.
What you stop doing
- Renewing SSL certificates
- Applying updates and hoping nothing breaks
- Wondering whether backups actually work
- Chasing a host support queue during an outage
- Diagnosing why the site got slow
- Cleaning up after a security incident
Managed, not just hosted
Hosting is where most providers stop.
Most hosting is a rented server and a control panel. The patching, the backups, the monitoring and the fixing are still yours. That is the gap this closes.
| Ordinary hosting | ProcureNexus managed | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | Disk space and a control panel | A system someone is responsible for |
| Security patching | Yours to do | Included and continuous |
| Backups | Often an extra, rarely tested | Daily, with restores actually tested |
| When the site goes down | You open a ticket | We are already alerted |
| Who fixes the application itself | Not their job | Ours |

Common questions
Questions we are asked most.
Do you host websites you did not build?
Yes. We migrate existing sites onto our managed hosting whatever they were built with. Migration starts with a full audit, so you know what state the site is in before it moves.
Where are the servers located?
We select hosting locations based on where your customers are, which for most of our clients means infrastructure serving the UAE and Lebanon with low latency across the region.
What happens if the site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us, usually before a customer notices. You have a named contact rather than a ticket queue, and recovery runs from a tested restore path.
Is hosting included in a website project?
It can be. Every site we build can be delivered as a one-off build or as a managed service where hosting, updates, backups and monitoring are included in a single monthly fee.
