How we handle the information you give us, and the information your browser sends automatically. Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data.

ProcureNexus is a company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We build websites and business systems for clients across the UAE and Lebanon. We are the party responsible for the personal data described on this page.

If you have a question about your data, or you want it corrected or removed, write to info@procurenexus.com or call +971 58 833 9965.

What we collect.

What you choose to send us

When you fill in the project brief form we receive your name, your company name if you give one, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, the type of work you are asking about, the region you are based in, your timeline, and whatever you write in the project description. If you email or call us instead, we hold that correspondence.

We only ask for what we need in order to reply properly. On the brief form, only your name, your email address, the type of work and the description are required.

What your browser sends automatically

Like any website, ours records technical information when a page is requested: the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, the time of the request, and the page you arrived from. This is used to deliver the site, keep it available, and block abuse.

Why we hold it.

  • To answer your enquiry and to prepare a proposal or a quotation.
  • To carry out work you have asked us to do, and to invoice it.
  • To keep the site secure and working, which includes blocking attacks and automated abuse.
  • To meet the record keeping obligations that apply to a business in the UAE.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do count page views, using a privacy-first analytics service that sets no cookies and does not follow you from one site to another. It tells us which pages are being read and roughly which country a visit came from. It does not identify you.

The network that delivers and protects this site may set a cookie in order to tell a real visitor apart from automated traffic. That cookie exists for security, not for marketing. If you log in to manage the site, a session cookie keeps you logged in. Ordinary visitors are not logged in and do not receive one.

Who else handles your data.

We keep this list short on purpose. Your data may be handled by:

  • The company that hosts this website and stores its data.
  • The network that delivers and protects the site, which filters traffic before it reaches the server.
  • The provider that carries our email, so that a form submission or a reply can reach an inbox.

These providers act on our instructions and not for their own purposes. Some of them run servers outside the United Arab Emirates, which means your data may be processed in another country. We will name any of them if you ask.

How long we keep it.

Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept for up to 24 months, so that a conversation which goes quiet can be picked up later. Records tied to work we have invoiced are kept for longer where UAE law requires it. Technical and security logs are short lived and are overwritten in the normal course of running the site.

If you want your enquiry deleted sooner than that, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you and how it is being used.
  • Correct it, if it is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop or limit a particular use of it.
  • Send it to you, or to someone you nominate, in a portable form.
  • Withdraw a consent you gave us earlier.

Write to info@procurenexus.com. We will reply within 30 days, and there is no charge for asking.

Children.

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Where a change is significant and we already hold your contact details, we will tell you.

A question about your data.

Ask and we will answer plainly, in writing.
