Nexus Cloud
We do not hand you software
and wish you luck.
Nexus Cloud is one managed platform. It runs your online store, your B2B ordering portal, your property listings or the internal systems your business depends on. We build it, host it, secure it, maintain it and support it. It carries your name, not ours.
The problem
Most companies will sell you one of two things.
A developer builds your system and hands over the files. From day one, hosting, security, updates and backups are your problem. Most businesses are not staffed for that. The system quietly degrades until something breaks in public.
Or a software vendor rents you a seat on their product. It wears their branding. Your data lives inside their system. Leaving is expensive, and sometimes it is not really possible.
We do neither.
What it is
One platform. Configured for what you actually do.
Newly launched

The internal system the business runs on. Inventory, orders, invoicing, reporting and the joins between them.
See ERPThese are not five separate products. They are one platform, set up differently. That is why you can start with a store and add B2B ordering later without rebuilding what you already paid for.
What managed means
Fully managed is a specific promise, not a reassurance.
Nobody starts a business in order to learn about server patching. When we say managed, this is the list we are taking off your desk. It is not an upsell and it is not optional, because a system nobody maintains is a liability we are not willing to leave behind us.
What we carry
- Hosting, domains and SSL certificates
- Security patching and platform updates
- Daily backups, with restores actually tested
- Uptime and performance monitoring
- Support from someone who knows your build
- Changes as the business changes
Three commitments
The parts most vendors leave vague.
It carries your brand
Your customers see your name, your colours and your domain. Nexus Cloud is how the system is built and run. It is not a badge in your footer and it is not mentioned to your customers.
Your data stays yours
Ask for it and you get all of it within 30 days, in open formats, at no charge. There is no exit fee and no deliberately awkward export. If you decide to leave, we would rather you left cleanly.
You contract with a licensed company
ProcureNexus is a licensed business based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. There is a real entity on the other side of the agreement, accountable under UAE law, rather than an anonymous team that can go quiet.
How ownership works
You own the business. We own the platform.
Nexus Cloud is the platform we build, host and maintain, and every configuration of it runs on infrastructure we operate. You are not buying a copy of it, and that is deliberate.
This is not an unusual arrangement. Almost no company owns the business software it depends on. You pay a licence or a subscription, your staff learn a vendor’s screens, your records live in a vendor’s system, and the vendor’s name is on everything. That arrangement is normal and it works, because somebody competent is keeping it running.
What is unusual is the second half. Most vendors take the ownership and keep the branding as well. We take the ownership and give the branding back: your name, your own domain, your own merchant account, your customers and your data, exportable whenever you ask.
What stays ours
The platform, the servers, security patching, version upgrades, backups, monitoring, and being the ones who get the alert when something fails at 2am.
What you are actually buying
Not a licence to software you install and then own the problem of running. A system that is already running, and somebody whose job is to keep it that way.
Why it costs less
The engineering is done once and kept current for everyone on the platform. You carry the cost of using it rather than the cost of owning it, which is why a configuration costs less than commissioning and then maintaining a build of your own.
Configured, not cloned
Shared foundations do not mean a shared template. Fields, workflows, pricing rules, approvals, tax treatment, languages and the whole look of it are set up around how you actually work. Two companies on the same configuration can run very differently. What they have in common is the engineering underneath, which is the part you would otherwise be paying a full-time salary to keep current.
The honest limit
We do not hand over a copy of the platform for you to host yourself. If owning the source outright is a firm requirement, tell us at the start and we will say plainly that we are the wrong fit. Everything you put in, though, comes back out on request: all your data, in open formats, within 30 days, at no charge.
What we are for
Secure, current, and affordable to keep that way.
Three things decide whether a business system is still an asset in three years. Whether it is secure. Whether it is up to date. And whether keeping it both of those things costs so much that you quietly stop.
Most systems fail on the third. Patching and updates are not difficult work, but they are constant work, and constant work needs either a salaried person or a retainer that most companies of this size will not sign. So it gets skipped, and the risk accumulates somewhere nobody is looking.
Nexus Cloud exists to make that cost sustainable. The foundations are maintained once, for everyone on the platform. You are paying for your system to stay safe and current, not for a private team to rediscover the same security update twelve times over.
Payments
Your money reaches your account, not ours.
We connect your store or portal to the payment gateway you choose, running on your own merchant account. Settlement goes from that gateway straight to your bank.
We are not a payment facilitator and we never hold your funds. We are not in the flow of money at any point. What we do is the integration, and the reconciliation back into your orders and invoices so the numbers agree at the end of the month.
That matters beyond principle. Your agreement with the gateway stays yours, your rates are negotiated by you, and none of your income depends on us still being here.
What we integrate
- Card gateways used across the UAE and Lebanon
- Bank hosted checkout pages
- Buy now, pay later providers
- Bank transfer, reconciled against orders
- Cash on delivery, tracked properly
- Account terms and invoicing for B2B buyers
Request a product
If what you need is not on this page, describe it.
The five configurations cover most of what businesses here ask for. They are not a menu you have to pick from. If your operation needs something specific, tell us what it has to do and we will work out whether it belongs on the platform.
That conversation is the same one any competent software team would have with you. What starts the process, who touches it, what it connects to, what has to happen when it goes wrong. We scope it properly before anyone talks about price.
You will get an honest answer about which it is: a configuration, a build, or something you would be better off buying off the shelf. If you do not need us, we will say so.
Managed service, not software development
What changes when nobody hands you the keys and leaves.
A software company sells you a thing. We run it. The difference does not show on launch day. It shows in month nine, when the updates have not been applied and nobody noticed.
| A traditional software company | ProcureNexus | |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | Files, credentials and a handover meeting | A running system you log into and use |
| Hosting | Your problem from day one | Included, on infrastructure we run |
| Security patching | Quoted separately, or quietly forgotten | Included and continuous |
| Backups | Yours to arrange and to test | Daily, with restores actually tested |
| When something breaks | A ticket, and often a new quote | Included. It is our system to keep up |
| Whose brand it carries | Frequently theirs, in the footer | Yours, everywhere, always |
| Who holds the data | Often locked inside their product | Yours. Full export in 30 days, no charge |
| Payments | Sometimes routed through the vendor | Your merchant account. We never hold funds |
| Shape of the cost | Large build fee, then unpredictable | One predictable ongoing fee |
| Year three | Dated, unpatched, expensive to revive | Current, because keeping it current is the job |
None of this makes a software company wrong. If you have staff who can run infrastructure, buying a build outright is a perfectly good decision. Most businesses of this size do not have that, and find out eighteen months later.
Common questions
Questions we are asked most.
What happens to our system if we stop working with you?
You ask for your data and we give you all of it within 30 days, in open formats, at no charge. There is no exit fee and no deliberately awkward export process. The content, the records and the files are yours throughout, not just at the end.
Will our customers know the system was built by ProcureNexus?
No. Everything your customers see carries your name, your colours and your domain. We are not credited in the footer and we do not appear in the interface. Nexus Cloud is how the system is built and run, which is a conversation between you and us.
Is this a template, or is it actually built for us?
It is one platform configured around how you work. The foundations are shared, which is what keeps it affordable and well maintained. What sits on top is built for your catalogue, your pricing rules, your approval steps and your reporting.
Can we start with one part and add another later?
Yes, and this is the main reason the platform is built this way. A client can open with a public online store and add B2B account ordering a year later without rebuilding the first system or running two disconnected ones.
Who owns the data and the content?
You do. We hold and protect it while we run the system for you, but ownership does not transfer to us at any point. That is also why the exit commitment above can be stated plainly rather than buried.
Do you take a percentage of our sales?
No. We are not a payment facilitator and we never hold your money. Your payment gateway runs on your own merchant account and settles straight to your bank, so we are not in the flow of funds at any point. We are paid for building and running the system, and that is the only thing we are paid for.
What if we need something none of the five configurations cover?
Describe what it has to do and we will scope it with you properly, the same way any competent software team would. You will get an honest answer about whether it is a configuration of the platform, a custom build, or something you would be better off buying off the shelf.
Tell us what the business actually does.
A short brief is enough to tell you which configuration fits, roughly what it costs and how long it takes.
