Nexus Cloud · Booking & scheduling
Availability in.
Confirmed bookings out.
Appointments, rentals and room bookings that customers complete themselves, with deposits taken and reminders sent automatically. Built, hosted, secured and kept running by us, under your own brand.
Part of Nexus Cloud
Booking Cloud is one configuration of Nexus Cloud, the managed platform we build and run. It is not a separate tool bolted onto your website. The calendar, the payments and the customer records sit in the same system as everything else we run for you.
How ownership works
You own the diary. We own the platform.
Your booking system runs on Nexus Cloud, the platform we build, host and maintain. You are not buying a copy of it, and that is deliberate.
Think about the booking tools most clinics and studios already use. You pay monthly or per seat, your customers are sent off to a page on the vendor’s domain, the vendor’s name sits above your own, and the customer list that builds up there lives in the vendor’s account. You do not own that software. What the fee buys is somebody else keeping the calendar online.
We answer the ownership question the same way, and the branding question the opposite way. The platform stays ours. The diary running on it is entirely yours: your name on the booking page, your own domain, your own merchant account, your customers and their full history, exportable whenever you ask.
What stays ours
The platform, the servers, security patching, version upgrades, backups, monitoring, and being the ones who get the alert if bookings stop at 2am.
What is always yours
Your brand and your domain, your services and pricing, your customers and their booking history, your payment account and the deposits that settle into it.
Why it costs less
A booking system has to be awake at eleven on a Sunday night, take money correctly and never double-book. Holding that true takes continuous attention. You carry the cost of using a system that already has it.
Configured, not cloned
Shared foundations do not mean a shared template. Services, durations, buffers, staff rotas, resource conflict rules, cancellation windows, deposit policy, reminder timing and the language it speaks to your customers in are set up around how you actually run the day. Two clinics on the same configuration can run nothing alike. What they have in common is the engineering underneath, which is the part you would otherwise be paying a full-time salary to keep current.
The honest limit
We do not hand over a copy of the platform for you to host yourself. If owning the source outright is a firm requirement, tell us at the start and we will say plainly that we are the wrong fit. Everything you put in, though, comes back out on request: all your data, in open formats, within 30 days, at no charge.

Discuss thisTypical setups
When the calendar is the business.
Salons and barbers, clinics, studios and gyms, equipment and vehicle hire, holiday homes and guesthouses, workshops, consultancies. Anywhere revenue is capped by how well time, rooms or stock are allocated.
Can include
- Multi-staff and multi-location calendars
- Working hours, breaks and holidays
- Cancellation and reschedule rules
- Recurring and package bookings
- Customer accounts and history
- Calendar sync for your team
- Seasonal and duration based pricing
- Waiting list when you are fully booked
- Delivery and collection windows
These are options, not a fixed bundle. How you run the day decides which of them you need, so the price follows the setup rather than a published tier.
What changes
More of the diary filled.
Fewer no-shows
Deposits and reminders change behaviour more than a phone call ever did.
Bookings out of hours
Customers book at 11pm without anyone answering the phone.
Less admin time
Your team stops rearranging a calendar and starts delivering the work.
Booking Cloud · four shapes of calendar

Managed, not handed over
Who is responsible when bookings stop at 2am.
A booking system fails in a specific and expensive way. It does not look broken. It just quietly stops accepting appointments, and you find out from a customer.
| A traditional software company | ProcureNexus | |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | A calendar module and a login | A running system we watch |
| Uptime | Nobody is checking | Monitored, with alerts to us |
| Security patching | Quoted separately, or forgotten | Included and continuous |
| A reminder or payment stops sending | You notice eventually | We see it and fix it |
| Your customer records | Often theirs to hold | Yours. Full export in 30 days, free |
Booking is not a plugin we install and leave. It is part of the same managed system as everything else we run for you.
Common questions
Questions we are asked most.
What kinds of businesses use a custom booking system?
Clinics, salons and studios, equipment and vehicle rental, training providers, consultancies and any business where revenue is limited by how well time, staff or rooms are allocated.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book?
Yes. You can take full payment or a deposit at the moment of booking. That is the single most effective way to reduce no-shows. Reminders then go out automatically by email or WhatsApp.
Can it handle multiple staff and multiple locations?
Yes. Separate calendars per staff member, room or resource, with working hours, breaks and holidays, and conflict rules that hold across locations.

How do customers book with you today?
If the answer involves WhatsApp, a notebook or a shared spreadsheet, there is a better version of this.
